Built around external extensions, the accommodations are imagined as flexible, interpretable and evolving environments, according to the lifestyles of each and the different generations who live there: kitchen / loggia or terrace / dining area / living room.
The large apartments have a small studio connected by the loggia which - with its own entrance door - allows one of the inhabitants of the accommodation to be independent. At the top of the building, the south-facing terrace is shared between all residents. - Sophie Delhay, architect
