Bijoy Jain, architect, founder of Studio Mumbai

Juliette Lecorne, associate curator of the exhibition Bijoy Jain / Studio Mumbai Breath of an Architect presented at the Fondation Cartier until 21 April 2024

For this evening, Bijoy Jain and Juliette Lecorne will continue the conversation they started with the exhibition Bijoy Jain / Studio Mumbai, Le souffle de l'architecte, presented at the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain, and will extend their exploration of the links between art, architecture, space and matter.

Bijoy Jain's work reflects a deep concern for the relationship between man and nature, in which time and gesture are essential factors. At the Fondation Cartier, Bijoy Jain offers a total creation: a space for reverie and contemplation in dialogue with Jean Nouvel's iconic building.
