In addition to its exhibition program, Pavillon de l’Arsenal offers a virtual space dedicated to writing, SIGNE, which acts as a platform for discussion between architectural creation and the state of the world.
Tribute to the pioneer female architect Signe Hornborg, SIGNE features original articles, material related to current events at Pavillon de l'Arsenal, and the republished works of philosophers, critics, landscape designers, and others, released, exhibited, or delivered over the past few years that have revealed, and sometimes even instigated, new ways of thinking or doing. The editorial line matches the range of topics and issues explored: climate, reuse, short supply chains, agricultural urbanism, biosourced and geosourced materials, transformations, metropolitan identity, design, shifting practices, artificial intelligence, form of discussion, the training of the young, project-based research…
Every two month, SIGNE features a new duo questioning the making of the city.
