Located in Sevran, the Fabrique Cycle Terre produces raw earth materials from the excavated earth of current Parisian construction sites. After six months of operation, the first materials are available: unstabilized compressed earth blocks (BTCs) or stabilized on demand (BTCs), mortars and interior finishing coatings made of earth-straw...

Come and meet the researchers, architects and engineers of Cycle Terre to discover these 100% natural materials, their range, their use, their characteristics, their performance and their implementation.

All of these materials have an EHSF which allows to value their environmental qualities by integrating them in a Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) in accordance with the RE 2020. The masonry made of Compressed Earth Blocks is covered by the Experimental Technical Approvals (ATEx) of type, for the uses recommended by Cycle Terre.

These new materials show an innovative construction process, transforming a little-known material, wrongly discredited, into a virtuous material that allows to build in a local and really sustainable way
