In the development sector Saussure Pont Cardinet, led by Espaces Ferroviaires, a new project consisting of 98 housing units and a nursery developed for ICF Habitat La Sablière, is creating housing units facing two or three ways, each with their own gardens/ greenhouses.
The whole of the built area has a unique
urban presence: 200 winter gardens hanging on the building’s façade which
punctuate and offer high volumes with different levels, from the floor to the
sky, one on top of the other, and each giving an idea of the dimensions of the
98 housing units.
