000 photographs of Paris dating from 1940 to the present
are available for consultation - a unique record of the
changing city and its many aspects, yesterday and today.
Black & white prints of Paris from 1940 to 1980 are
classified by street name, theme and general locality.
From 1980 to the present, colour prints and ektachromes
present contemporary architecture and are classified by
arrondissement, by project or by development scheme.
Original photo reports for Pavillon de l'Arsenal exhibitions
may also be perused. |

Access to
our photo archives is by appointment only, Tuesday to
Friday from 2 pm to 6.30 pm.
Research is carried out with the help of a librarian.
The entrance is on the 2nd floor, via the exhibition hall.
Charges for duplicating prints :
Format 18X24 cm = 15€
Format 24X36 cm = 20€
Allow one week for processing.
